The Idaho Falls School of Ballet returns to the stage with the Idaho Falls Symphony for a celebration of the connection between music and dance. The evening will feature the compelling 1919 Suite from The Firebird by Igor Stravinsky, whose powerful modern statement left a profound impact on the landscape of ballet music, and Tchaikovsky’s Suite from Swan Lake, which showcases some of ballet’s finest and most refined music.The visuals and music will combine in stunning combinations, and the collaboration features professionals working alongside students, presenting both new and classic choreography.
