Sponsorship Opportunities
The www.downtownidahofalls.com hosts multiple festivals, tours, and signature events throughout the year to bring people downtown, activate public spaces, and drive additional business for local shops and restaurants. To keep these events running and admission-free, the IFDDC fundraises over $100,000 annually in event sponsorships from local businesses and organizations.

Events Available to Sponsor
The Idaho Falls Downtown Development manages the full execution of the following events:
2026 Calendar of Events:
- Crawl-O-Ween, Oct. 24, 2026, 6-10PM. Guests MUST purchase a Crawl Pass (available for youth & adults) to unlock access to all event features.
- Crawl Passes will be sold for reduced prices on IFDDC's website and on IFDDC Facebook page from Oct. 9-Oct. 23, 2026.
- Adult Crawl Pass (ages 21+): $20/each or 2 for $35.
- Youth Crawl Pass (ages 5-20): $10/each
- Crawl Passes will be available for purchase at the regular price on Oct. 24, ONLY between 5--6PM at the Old Ferrell's building, located at the SW corner of Park Avenue & Broadway.
- Adult Crawl Pass (ages 21+): $25/each or 2 for $40.
- Youth Crawl Pass (ages 5-20): $15 each
- Crawl-O-Ween starts at 6PM at the old Ferrell's building where the Crawl Passes will be distributed to those who purchased passes online or at the door. This is the last chance the public will have to get inside and explore the old Ferrell's building and learn about the building's unique history and the history of south Downtown, thanks to the Museum of Idaho. Only available to Crawl Pass holders.
- From 7-10PM, participants creep, crawl & explore the downtown district, collecting their Crawl Passes specials from participating downtown merchants, bars, pubs, and restaurants.
- Crawl Pass holders have access to a costume contest (youth & adult) at 8PM at Civitan Plaza (Park Avenue & B Street).
- Crawl Pass holders also have access to an underground downtown spook alley, thanks to the Project Management Institute.
- Crawl Passes will be sold for reduced prices on IFDDC's website and on IFDDC Facebook page from Oct. 9-Oct. 23, 2026.
- Tree Lighting & Holiday Market- November 21, 2026, Broadway Plaza & Memorial Drive
- Horse drawn trolley rides begin on Nov 28th, 1-3pm at Civitan Plaza (Park Avenue & B Street) and continue every Saturday until Christmas.
- Shop Small Saturday- November 28, 2026

How to Sponsor a IFDDC Event
Local and statewide businesses and organizations are invited to sponsor any of the events above on a first-come, first-served basis. Each event offers a range of sponsorship tiers at different contribution levels.
While monetary sponsorships go the furthest in making these events possible, in-kind sponsorships are also greatly appreciated — especially from local service providers.

What Is the Downtown Idaho Falls Beautify Together Program?
The Downtown Idaho Falls Beautify Together Program is a seasonal beautification initiative designed to enhance the look, feel, and vibrancy of downtown Idaho Falls. Each spring and summer, decorative hanging flower baskets and ground-level planters are installed throughout the downtown core, creating a welcoming and colorful environment for residents, visitors, and businesses.
When Are the Flower Baskets Installed?
Each year, the IFDDC team collaborates with 4 Seasons Garden Designs to install flower baskets and ground flowerpots in late May to kick off the spring–summer beautification season and are maintained all summer long.
Who Installs and Maintains the Flower Baskets?
Several volunteers are invited from the community to install aiming to keep them up through each fall. The Idaho Falls Parks and Recreation waters the baskets seven days a week and twice daily when temperatures exceed 80°F. Volunteers and staff also regularly deadhead the flowers.
How Can I Support the Downtown Idaho Falls Beautify Together Program?
Many local businesses and individuals contribute time and donations to fund and install the baskets.
